I assist ecommerce businesses with connecting store platforms, customer communication tools, and business workflows. Depending on the project, my work may include Shopify or WooCommerce integrations, order notifications, customer record synchronization, post-purchase email workflows, support enquiry routing, and reporting automation. I use suitable tools such as Make, Zapier, and supported APIs to connect applications. I focus on verifying available integrations, testing order and customer data workflows, and explaining any platform permissions or subscription requirements before delivery.
