About this gig
I Will Build a Custom Wix Automation System (Velo, CRM, Bookings & AI Agents)
Struggling with manual bookings, scattered leads, or a Wix site that just sits there? Dave, and I build Wix automation systems that turn your website into a self-running business tool.
WHAT I SET UP:
- Wix automation workflow
- Wix CRM and Ascend Configuration
- Wix Booking and appointment Scheduling
- Subscriptions & recurring payments
- Custom Velo code for dynamic pages & API integrations
- AI agent/chatbot lead capture
- Email automation (welcome, abandoned cart, follow-up)
- Zapier/Make.com links to Mailchimp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, plus Wix ecommerce
- Membership automation & redesign.
Coach, salon, studio, agency, or online store, I connect the pieces so leads get captured, clients get booked, and follow-ups run automatically, no manual admin.
Why me: clean scalable builds, tested workflows, clear communication, a system built for your business, not a template.
Message me before ordering so I can scope the right package. Let's turn your Wix site into a 24/7 employee, order now!

FAQ
Do I need to give you my Wix login?
Yes, editor access (or a collaborator invite) is required so I can build and test the automations directly on your site.
Can you connect Wix to tools outside Wix, like HubSpot or GoHighLevel?
Yes I set up Zapier or Make.com bridges to sync Wix CRM/forms with most major CRM and email platforms.
What's the difference between Wix Automations and Velo code?
Wix Automations are built-in no-code triggers (emails, notifications, tasks). Velo is custom JavaScript for anything Automations can't do dynamic pages, custom logic, external APIs.
Can you fix automations that already exist but stopped working?
Yes, troubleshooting broken triggers, disconnected integrations, and failed syncs is included as a service option.
Do you build the booking/appointment system too, or just the automation behind it?
Both I can set up Wix Bookings from scratch and layer automation (reminders, follow-ups, confirmations) on top.
Is AI chatbot/agent integration included in every package?
It's part of the Premium package. Basic and Standard focus on core workflow and CRM automation.
Can you migrate my automations if I move from Wix to another platform, or vice versa?
I primarily build and optimize within Wix, but I can advise on migration and rebuild the equivalent automation on the new platform.
What information do you need from me before we start?
Your Wix site access, the tools you want connected (CRM, email platform, payment processor), and a quick outline of the customer journey you want automated.
