I will create animated sop training videos in canva for remote teams
David. M
About this gig
Are you wasting hours trying to train new team members, remote workers, or virtual assistants on your business workflows?
Stop writing endless, text-heavy PDFs and manuals that your team won't read. I will turn your standard operating procedures (SOPs), daily checklists, and raw text guides into clear, step-by-step SOP training videos using Canva and premium ElevenLabs voiceover engineering.
I make it incredibly easy for your team to understand your operational systems instantly without you having to repeat yourself.
What this specialized service solves your business:
- Flawless Step-by-Step Pacing: I break down your text manual into clean, animated Canva slides that display your instructions in perfect chronological order.
- Clear Instructional Voiceover: Realistic, professional narration powered by premium ElevenLabs voices so your guidelines sound clear and authoritative.
- Visual Action Anchors: I use explicit Canva graphics, arrows, boxes, and text highlights to point directly at specific actions so no detail is missed.
- 100% Editable Templates: Since everything is designed natively in Canva, you can easily request the template links to update names, links, or text yourself

FAQ
Do I need to provide the voiceover recording, or do you handle it?
I handle everything! You only need to provide the text script, outline, or manual. I will generate, edit, and master a premium, professional voiceover using top-tier ElevenLabs voice technology tailored to your preferred tone.
What do you need from me to start working on my video?
Please provide your written script, step-by-step SOP text, or existing layout guidelines. If you have specific brand colors, a company logo, or raw screen recordings you want me to include, you can attach those as well.
Will I be able to edit the text in the video myself in the future?
Yes! Because I design and build everything natively inside Canva, I can share the viewable/editable Canva template link with you upon request. This allows you to make quick updates down the road without paying for a completely new video.
Can you handle long projects or entire training video libraries?
Absolutely. While my standard packages are priced for individual modules, I love working on full training courses and multi-video SOP libraries. Please send me a message with your total word count or project scope, and I will create a custom offer for you
