What software do you use for 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering?
I use 3ds Max, D5 Render, Or TwinMotion paired with professional rendering engines to deliver high-resolution, photorealistic textures, natural lighting, and entourage.
Do I need to provide a 3D model, or can you build it from 2D plans?
Both work! If you already have a 3D model (Revit or CAD), I can import and render it directly. If you only have 2D plans, I can construct the 3D scene from scratch under the Standard or Premium package.
What render resolution will I receive?
All final render outputs are delivered in high-definition (1080p / 2K and can go upto 4K if requested by client) in JPEG or PNG format, suitable for real estate marketing, client presentations, and print portfolios.
