What kinds of Commercial buildings do you have experience with?
I have worked on Hospitals, Banks, Restaurant chains, warehouses, and even senior living homes. Throughout my years in the business I've worked with architect firms across the country to make sure we spec, source, and implement the necessary hardware for each and every commercial building we touch.
Do you offer consultation for businesses outside the USA?
Yes, but only in Canada. Unfortunately, international building codes are plentiful and hardware options even more so. My expertise is dedicated to North America and as such I will have to decline consulting on projects in other countries.
Do you offer follow up consultations or help with sourcing labor for installation?
Yes, I do offer assistance with follow up consultations - you can find those offerings in my packages. But for custom offers please reach out via Fiverr messaging and we can discuss. As for installation - I can recommend companies in certain areas.
Do you work on LARGE projects?
I work on every size commercial project. However, consultation on projects with more than 50 openings will require a custom offer for my time. Please reach out to me to discuss before placing an order.
Are you an architect, can you provide architectural drawings?
I am not a licensed Architect. I do not provide full-service architectural drawing and plan sets - I do however provide AutoCAD drawings for demonstration purposes and mock-ups of hardware as needed. I also provide full Door and Hardware schedules for use by architects in their plans.
