About this gig
I build small, working automations that move data between the apps you already use, so a task someone does by hand every day runs on its own.
Typical jobs:
- New form entry or email > row in Google Sheets > alert by email or Slack
- - New order or invoice > copied to your tracking sheet or CRM
- - Incoming messages sorted or summarized with the Claude or OpenAI API
- - A short Python script for a step the no-code tools can't handle
How it works: you answer the order questions in writing, I send back a short written plan, then I build and test with sample data. You get the working workflow plus a one-page handoff note: what starts it, what it does, how to turn it off, and what to check if it stops.
Tools: n8n, Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, Python.
Not included: scraping against a site's terms, bulk messaging, or anything that needs your passwords. You connect your own accounts and API keys.
Background: I build and run my own AI-agent automation system every day with Python and Claude, after 20+ years in hotel operations, including night audit, where the day's numbers have to balance before morning.

Can we do a quick call first?
I work in writing only. Send what should happen, the apps involved, and one example of the data, and I'll reply within 24 hours with a written plan and a price. That way we both have a record of what was agreed.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You invite me to your workspace with access you can remove afterward, or I send a file you import yourself. Either way, you enter your own API keys.
My app isn't on your list. Can you still do it?
If it has an API or a connector in n8n, Zapier, or Make, usually yes. Message me the app name before ordering and I'll confirm in writing.
Who pays for the tools?
You do. Subscriptions and API usage stay on your accounts. If the workflow needs a paid plan, I'll tell you before I start.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool, and I test every step myself on your setup. If you'd rather I use no AI, say so before ordering and I'll work that way.
