FAQ
What do i need to provide to get started?
To start, I need your brand/business name, slogan (if any), a brief description of your business, your color preferences, and any ideas or reference logos you like. If it's a redesign, please attach your current logo.
In what formats will I receive my logo files?
Depending on your package, you will receive high-resolution JPG and transparent PNG files, print-ready PDF, and scalable SVG vector files. Source links from Figma or Canva can also be provided upon request.
What is the difference between a new logo and a redesign?
A new logo is designed completely from scratch based on your brief. A redesign/makeover takes your existing logo and modernizes, simplifies, or elevates it into a clean, minimalist version while keeping its core essence.
What does "Unlimited Revisions" cover?
Unlimited revisions allow you to refine colors, fonts, or minor layout adjustments on the chosen concept until you are satisfied. It does not include creating completely new concepts from scratch.
