It helped that I could get an .fbx model from Blender, but my need was explicitly to use it in Mixamo, and it doesn't work there (it loads the model and rigging, but not color/texture appear), so it's not quite what I need. But I do have most of what was requested.

He is very far away from being a professional 3d Designer. He basically just misses files that need cleaning up and send them back. He is not capable of building a file from scratch even if she has the proper guidance and original fine to work with waste of money and I’m going through a lot of issues...

I needed a 3D model rigged, and weight painted for an animation, and it was a lot of work to get it to be acceptable, but David continued working on it until it was improved significantly.
