Yes, if your source app exposes an approved Make trigger and the Airtable connection can create records. Basic maps up to five fields into one existing table and includes safe tests. Provide example form data and target column types before implementation.
Can Make update existing Airtable records by matching an email, unique ID or another key instead of creating duplicate rows?
Standard and Premium can use one agreed record-matching key to find and update an existing Airtable record. I test the lookup and mapped fields with sample data. Basic only appends new records, and advanced duplicate merging needs a separate scope.

Basic creates new records without matching updates. For higher-tier updates, we agree on the unique key and fields that may change, then test against safe records. I won't intentionally delete or bulk edit records outside scope. Keep a backup before any live update operation.
Does your Make Airtable data sync gig include real-time bidirectional synchronization between Airtable, a CRM and Google Sheets?
No. The packages provide bounded one-way Airtable record creation or updates. Two-way sync needs source-of-truth rules, conflict handling and loop prevention, especially when multiple users edit both systems. That is a distinct project requiring separate tests and pricing.
Are paid Make operations, Airtable workspace plan upgrades and external API connector charges included in your automation packages?
No. You maintain your own Airtable plan, Make account and third-party subscriptions. The project covers the agreed scenario, field mappings, tests and handover within limits. Higher record volume or special permissions may require a plan upgrade funded by you.
What Airtable access and sample data do you need to set up the Make scenario safely without my account password?
Provide an authorized base or table connection, the target field names and a few synthetic source records. If updates are planned, identify the unique matching field. I prefer restricted integration credentials and a test base, not personal passwords or real customer secrets.
