I will design esp32 iot pcb and schematic for your smart device
About this Gig
A poorly designed PCB can mean failed prototypes, signal issues, and costly manufacturing mistakes. Let's get it right the first time.
I'm David, a hardware and PCB design specialist with 4+ years of experience turning ideas into production-ready electronics. I design clean, manufacturable ESP32 and IoT PCBs using KiCad, ready for JLCPCB or your fab of choice.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Schematic design and circuit review
- PCB layout (single, double, or multilayer)
- Component placement and routing
- Power management: USB-C, LiPo, buck/boost
- Low-power design: deep sleep, battery optimization
- Sensor/peripheral integration (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE, WiFi)
- Manufacturing-ready Gerber, drill, and BOM files
- 3D STEP model preview
- DRC/ERC verified, clean project files
WHY WORK WITH ME:
- 4+ years of design and technical execution experience
- Clear communication, fast turnaround
- Files accepted by JLCPCB, PCBWay, and other fabs first try

FAQ
What information do you need to start?
Your project idea, any existing schematic or reference design, target features (sensors, power source, connectivity), and your board layer preference if you have one.
Do you provide the ESP32 firmware/code?
No, this gig covers hardware design only (schematic, PCB layout, manufacturing files). Firmware can be discussed as a separate add-on.
Which software do you use?
KiCad. All files are exported in standard formats compatible with JLCPCB, PCBWay, and other major fabs.
Can you work from my existing schematic?
Yes. Send it over and I'll review it before starting layout.
How many revisions do I get?
1 revision on Basic, 2 on Standard, 3 on Premium. Extra revisions can be added if needed.
Do you build the physical board?
No, I provide the design files (Gerber, BOM, drill files) ready to send to a fab like JLCPCB for manufacturing.
What if my project needs more components or layers than listed?
Message me first with your specs and I'll quote accordingly.
