How will I know the results of your cold calls?
I will be able to give you an excel sheet with each contact, and the results of my call including comments, lead status, e-mail and name of decision maker.
How do I get started?
Before you place an order, I will need the script that you want used, a contact list and some information about your company. It is important for you to tell me why a customer would choose you over your competitors. Make sure that the contact numbers you give me are US or Canadian phone numbers.
What is considered a call?
One call attempt - no answer does count. I always leave voicemail.
What about if I want to use my own CRM?
Well, I'm familiar with salesforce, hubspot and zoho. I can also take a look at the CRM you are using if it's not one of those.
Is there a best time to make cold calls?
I've seen many answers for this question. The general rule is between 4pm-5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Between 10-12pm on those same days. However, I've been able to contact people at all times.
How much do you charge per call?
My standard charge is $1.50 per call.
Do you know how to close a sale?
