Get one small CSV or Excel table into a consistent, reviewable format.
The starter package covers one CSV or one values-only worksheet, up to 100 rows and 10 columns. I apply agreed rules for whitespace, duplicates, dates and number formats.
You receive:
- A cleaned XLSX and matching CSV
- The original values and source-row references
- An exception list for missing, ambiguous or conflicting data
- A brief change summary
I preserve uncertain values for your decision rather than guessing them. The gallery shows a fictional 18-record demonstration: 16 retained records, two normalized exact duplicates removed, and nine records flagged for review. It is not previous client work.
I use scripts and AI-assisted tools, with outputs checked against the source and agreed rules. Please discuss any AI-use restrictions before ordering and share only authorized, anonymized data.

Only using a rule or authoritative mapping that you supply and approve. Otherwise, I retain and flag the value for your decision.
Does your sample show previous client work?
No. Every record in the demonstration is fictional. The sample shows the proposed output format, source-row traceability and exception handling.
What is outside the starter package?
OCR, scanned PDFs, macros, formula repair, external research and merging multiple files are excluded. The package covers one CSV or one values-only worksheet, up to 100 rows and 10 columns, with one in-scope revision.
