FAQ
What access do you need from me?
Your current site's admin login (or a public link if it's not private), hosting credentials, and WordPress admin access once your new hosting is set up.
Do you handle domain migration too?
Yes. Pointing your domain to the new WordPress hosting is included in the migration. You'll need to share your domain registrar or DNS access for this step.
What about my mailboxes on the current platform?
Migrating mailboxes and MX records is available and scoped separately from the site build, since it depends on your current provider. Flag this before ordering so I can account for it in timeline and delivery.
Why do you need my current site's backend, not just the live URL?
The live site only shows the front end. Backend access lets me carry over settings like SEO metadata, form connections, and integrations that don't show up just by viewing the pages.
