FAQ
What information or files do I need to provide to get started?
Please send any existing map, hand-drawn sketch, CAD drawing, blueprint, or Google Maps screenshot. You can also provide your logo, brand colors, and a list of key amenities (reception, pool, restrooms, site numbers, parking, etc.).
Do you design new architectural master plans or civil layouts?
No, I specialize in redrawing, vectorizing, and beautifying existing site layouts for website, print, and guest wayfinding purposes. I do not provide architectural or engineering planning services.
Will the map be clear and easy to read on mobile screens?
Yes, absolutely! Every map is designed with clean typography, optimal contrast, and clear vector icons specifically optimized for crisp viewing on smartphones, tablets, and websites.
Can you match the map design to my brand colors and style?
Yes! Simply provide your brand guidelines, logo, or color hex codes, and I will customize the entire map palette and typography to match your resort or campground branding perfectly.
What file formats will I receive upon completion?
Depending on your package, you will receive high-resolution PNG/JPG files for digital/web use, print-ready PDF files, and fully editable vector source files (AI, EPS, or CAD DWG).
What if I need to update site numbers or amenities in the future?
With the vector source file included in the Standard and Premium packages, you or any designer can easily make future updates. I also offer quick, low-cost map revisions for returning clients.
Does my order include full commercial use rights?
Yes, all packages come with full commercial rights. You can freely publish the map on your website, social media, booking channels, or print it on physical signage and guidebooks.
How do revisions work if I need adjustments?
After receiving the initial draft, you can review it and request adjustments to colors, layout, labels, or icons based on the number of revisions included in your package.
