I will do a preliminary ecological appraisal for UK planning

Need a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal (PEA) for a UK planning application?

I can prepare clear and professionally structured ecological planning documentation based on the information and survey data available for your project.

This service is suitable for homeowners, developers, architects, planning consultants and other professionals who need ecological information to support a UK planning application.

Depending on your project requirements, the assessment can cover:

Existing ecological conditions

Habitat and site assessment

Potential ecological constraints

Protected species considerations

Biodiversity considerations

Recommendations for further survey or mitigation where appropriate

Clear recommendations for planning purposes

I can work with information such as site plans, photographs, existing ecological surveys, GIS information and other project documents supplied by the client.

Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure whether a PEA is the correct ecological document for your project.

Important: planning requirements vary between projects and local authorities. This service does not guarantee planning approval.
