Led the end-to-end deployment of Eramba, including system configuration, framework alignment, and customization based on business requirements. Defined and structured risk management processes by identifying, assessing, and documenting organizational risks, along with implementing appropriate mitigation controls.

Risk Management Risk identification, analysis, and treatment planning

Compliance Management Mapping controls to standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)

Policy Management Creating, reviewing, and maintaining security policies

Control Management Designing and monitoring internal controls

Audit Management Planning and tracking internal audits and findings

Established workflows for continuous monitoring, automated notifications, and reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into risk posture and compliance status.
