This $25 package covers one UTF-8 CSV table or flat JSON record array, up to 100 source records. We agree on selected text formatting, required-field checks, exact string ID rules and the output format.
I preserve original source bytes in a backup. Identical duplicates are separated; conflicting and invalid records stay in an exception report for your review. IDs keep leading zeros, case and whitespace. No guessed facts or automatic conflict merge.
Delivery includes cleaned output, duplicate/exception records, a change report, the cleanup script and short run instructions. One minor revision within the agreed rules is included. Delivery follows Fiverr's 2-day timer after requirements are submitted.
I use AI-assisted coding and review with tested scripts. Client records will not be sent to external AI tools without your approval. Examples are self-initiated synthetic demos, not paid client results.
Excel workbooks, encoding repair, fuzzy matching, nested JSON, scraping, live integrations and marketing sends are outside this package.

What file formats are included?
One UTF-8 CSV table or a JSON array of records with scalar fields. CSV may contain correctly quoted commas and multiline cells. Nested JSON, Excel workbooks and encoding repair are outside this package.
Which cleanup rules can you apply?
Selected text trimming, agreed email formatting and required-field validation with an explicit field mapping. Send a small anonymized sample and expected output through Fiverr before ordering so we can confirm the rules and fit. Missing facts are flagged, not invented.
How are duplicates and conflicting IDs handled?
IDs keep leading zeros, case and whitespace. Under agreed rules, the first valid record per exact ID in input order is retained. Later identical normalized records are separated; conflicts and invalid records are flagged for review. No fuzzy matching or automatic merge.
Can you preserve precise IDs or money values?
Use strings for IDs and precision-sensitive values. The original byte backup preserves the source. If JSON numeric literals must remain exact or require calculations, message me before ordering to confirm a suitable approach.
What is included in the revision?
One minor revision within the agreed file, field mapping and rules. A new dataset, added fields, changed business rules or integration is a new scope and must be agreed separately.
When does the two-day delivery period begin?
Fiverr starts the order countdown when you submit the required information. It is two calendar days, not two business days. Please include the complete file, confirmed rules and expected output; contact me on Fiverr before ordering if the scope is unclear.
Do you use AI and what are your examples?
