FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your exact text/copy, high-res logo (vector preferred), brand guidelines, specific photos, and any style references or ideas you have in mind.
What is the difference between basic photo prep and advanced photo editing?
All packages include basic photo preparation—such as cropping, color balancing, and lighting adjustments—to ensure your images fit the layout seamlessly. Advanced photo editing, complex cutouts, heavy retouching, and detailed manipulation are included in the Premium package or available as an add-on
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution, print-ready PDF and JPEG/PNG files. Standard and Premium packages (or source file add-ons) also include fully layered source files (PSD/AI) and TIFF formats upon request.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions for tweaks to layout, colors, fonts, and alignment. Note that revisions cover design adjustments, not rewriting copy or starting entirely new concepts from scratch.
Why does a lowercase "L" look thick or weird in my PDF viewer?
Some PDF viewers distort thin fonts on-screen, making certain letters look heavy. This is just a screen-rendering artifact and will not affect how it prints. Your print-ready files are vector-sharp.
How do you handle bleed and safe margins?
All designs are built with standard industry print requirements, including a 0.125" (3mm) bleed and safe margins to ensure no critical text or graphics get cut off during printing.
