About this Gig
Send me your supplier spreadsheet and your store's template, and I'll return an import-ready CSV.
What I do:
- Map supplier columns to the Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon flat-file template
- Set up variants (size, color) with their own SKU, price and stock
- Tidy titles, capitalization, units and prices so they're consistent
- Split or join fields, fill handles and categories from your rules
- Flag rows with missing data in a separate tab instead of guessing
You get the CSV ready for you to import, plus a short note of what changed. You do the upload, so I never need your store login. I use scripts and AI tools to map columns and catch inconsistent entries, then check the rows myself.
Not included: writing product descriptions, scraping websites, image editing, or SEO copy.

Will you upload to my store?
No, I deliver the CSV and you import it. If the import shows formatting or column errors caused by my file, send me the error message and I'll fix it within your revisions.
Which template do you use?
Your store's own export or template, so the columns match exactly.
Can you write descriptions?
Not in this gig; I keep your existing text and only fix formatting.
More than 1,000 products?

Amazon?
Yes, if you send your own Amazon category template and the product UPCs/GTINs (or brand exemption). I deliver the file; Amazon's listing approval isn't covered.
