I run a mailing business that specializes in printed correspondence for direct mail campaigns. I'm offering a letter service that will provide printed sales letters via mail merge along with hand addressed envelopes.

I will receive your ready-to-go spreadsheet files (merge data) from you once job is initiated. All letters will be printed on premium inkjet letter stock, and envelopes will be hand addressed on normal security #10 envelopes. If you wish to provide your own company letter stock and envelopes, you can have it shipped to me directly.

***Your quote will cover the following:

• Postage stamp
• Envelope
• Printed letter / ink
• Mail-merge, folding, stuffing, writing and stamping labor
• Cost of shipping back to you (optional)
• All letters will be dropped of at VIPMAIL's local post office once completed
