I will be your personal and professional development coach
Personal Professional Development Coach, Engineering Leader
About this Gig
Every session is a real conversation, not a script. We'll dig into what's actually going on, your values, where you're fulfilled and where you're not, and what it means to trust your own judgment over your life. I bring structure when it helps and get out of the way when it doesn't.
First-time clients get a free 30-minute intro call, so we can figure out what you're actually working on before diving in. From there, sessions are 45-minute video calls built around goal setting and reflection, tracking what you're learning and how you're growing. You'll leave each one with something concrete to carry forward, not just a good talk.
This isn't about fixing one specific problem. Clients bring career transitions, midlife reflection, loss, or a sense that something's off they can't quite name yet. Those are examples of what shows up, not a box you need to fit into. I coach the whole person and follow what's actually present in the conversation.
Each session builds on the last. We'll check in on what you said mattered, see what actually moved, and adjust from there. It's ongoing work, not a series of one-offs.
FAQ
What happens in the 30 minute intro call?
We'll get to know each other a little bit, talk about what coaching is (and isn't), and briefly talk about what you'd like coaching on.
What if I'm not sure what I want to work on?
That's fine, and pretty common. A lot of clients start with a general sense that something's off before they can name it clearly. We'll figure it out together.
Do you specialize in a specific area?
No. I coach the whole person, not a single issue. Career transitions, midlife reflection, loss, and general uncertainty all show up in sessions, but none of those are requirements to book.
What's your coaching style?
I bring structure when it's useful and step back when it's not. Sessions are real conversations, not scripted exercises. I ask direct questions and follow what's actually present, rather than sticking to an agenda.
What's your background?
I'm a Co-Active coaching practitioner balancing coaching with 20+ years in tech and software engineering leadership.
How often should we meet?
I recommend every two weeks. That gives you enough time between sessions to actually sit with what came up and let it work on you, which is where a lot of the real growth happens.
