I was selected as a RJ/Creative Writer for India's first FM radio station Radio Mirchi (but didn't join sadly). Later, I founded and hosted a popular Hindi podcast. I do freelance gigs for Voice overs, and have worked with agencies such as GM Voices (now Blend Voice), Alta Lang & Voice Hansa. I am fluent in Hindi, English and Bengali.

Can I contact you before placing order?

Will my website be responsive?
Short answer: depends on the Hugo theme used. If the theme supports the website will be 100% Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop friendly (meaning that the website view port will auto adjust itself according to the screen size).
Where is my website hosted and how much is the hosting cost?
Your website will be hosted at the free GitHub account, using a feature called GitHub pages (your account), there are no hosting charges. Github sets a hard limit on individual repositories at 100GB for all the files in the repo. Use https://git-lfs.github.com/ for large files.
Can I route my existing domain to the GitHub website?
You indeed can associate the website with a custom domain name (to be separately purchased by you) but you would need to configure it yourself following official GitHub documentation at https://docs.github.com/en/pages/configuring-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-s. I do not offer this service.
Can I only create English websites?
No, your website can be in any language, if you provide me with the Unicode content in that language. Note that I cannot translate the content for you. Adult content are not accepted.
I want my downloadable PDF resume to be hosted. Can I do that?
Sure, please send me the PDF file and I can add it to your website. This will be downloadable via a website Menu.
Do I need to be a programmer to maintain the website once you are gone?
Frankly, no. To edit the content, you can use the GitHub GUI, you do not need to know any Git or Hugo commands. The only thing you should know that is that any change you make must be made on the "main" Git branch only. You can also use free web CMS such as Forestry.io to manage your website.
Can you create an Adult site for me?
No.
Can you create a customer Hugo Theme for me?
That is not covered in this gig. You can chose from hundreds of free themes available at https://themes.gohugo.io/.
