What should I send before ordering?
Send an assembled view, a parts and hardware list, clear views of each joint, and your confirmed assembly sequence. Tell me who will use the guide. I’ll check the inputs and scope before recommending an order.
Does the Starter package include the guide in your gallery?
The gallery is an original, self-initiated concept example. Its four pages fit Starter’s page limit, but its seven steps and larger parts list exceed Starter’s step and parts limits. A guide with that scope needs a separate agreed quote.
Can you create CAD models or missing assembly details?
Starter uses your supplied photographs or exported views. New CAD models, product design, and custom exploded-view creation are outside this offer. If a source does not show a detail clearly, I’ll ask for a better view rather than invent it.
What is included in a revision?
One round covers a consolidated list of wording, label, layout, or factual corrections within the agreed sources and scope. A new design version or expanded scope needs a new quote. Errors I introduced are corrected without being treated as additional scope.
Do you use AI or physically test products?
I use AI-assisted drafting and check against your sources. Tell me about AI restrictions before ordering. Physical testing and safety or regulatory approval are outside this service. The product owner must validate the guide on the actual product before release.
