Need to catch bad rows before importing a CSV? I build a reusable Python validator for one agreed CSV format. It checks your rules and returns a row-level JSON report with record numbers and clear reasons.
Choose a package:
Quick Check: up to 20 columns, 10,000 rows / 10 MB and 5 checks.
CSV Validator: up to 50,000 rows / 20 MB and 8 checks.
Extended Validator: up to 100,000 rows / 50 MB and 12 checks, plus a summary.
Every package includes Python source code, sample input/output and a README. Checks can include required fields, numeric values, one date format and unique keys. One consolidated revision is included.
To start, send an anonymized sample, examples of valid and invalid rows, and the rules you want checked. Your source file stays unchanged. The script runs locally; data cleanup, API connections and cloud deployment are outside this gig.

What does one revision include?
One consolidated round of adjustments within the agreed requirements. Defects against the acceptance criteria will be corrected. New formats or checks require a separately agreed scope.
What do you need to start?

Will you change or clean my original CSV?
No. The script reads the input and reports agreed validation errors without changing the source file. Data correction or cleanup would need a separate scope.
