Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please send your website URL, a description of the issue, and any screenshots or error messages. I'll review the details and confirm the scope, price, and delivery time before you order.
What access will you need?
I may need a temporary WordPress administrator account and, depending on the issue, limited hosting or SFTP access. Please share access only through the order page after we agree on the work. Do not send banking passwords, card details, or one-time codes.
Can you fix payment gateway errors?
I can troubleshoot technical issues in an existing WooCommerce payment gateway integration. Account verification, payout holds, provider restrictions, and bank declines must be handled by the payment provider or bank.
Will you work on my live store?
I prefer staging when available. Before making changes, we'll confirm that a usable backup exists and agree on the work. Any live-store changes or test orders will be coordinated with you to minimize disruption.
What happens if the issue needs more work than my package covers?
