I will edit any source engine map

I edit Source 1 maps in Hammer.

Small fixes, prop and lighting changes, new areas, layout reworks, full game mode conversions.

Typical jobs:

swapping props, textures or skyboxes

changing lighting, weather or time of day

adding, removing or resizing areas

fixing leaks, missing textures or broken entities

cubemaps, nav meshes, clipping, soundscapes

optimization for better FPS and higher player counts

Works for TF2, GMOD, CS:S, HL2, Black Mesa, L4D and most other Source 1 games. No Source 2, so no CS2 or Deadlock. I also take smaller GoldSrc jobs (Half-Life, CS 1.6), the toolchain there is different so I keep those simple.

What I need from you:

the VMF if you have it. Without it I have to decompile the map, which gets could messy and takes longer

a clear list of what you want changed

which game and mod the map runs on

Standard and Premium include the source file so you can keep working on it yourself.

If your job doesn't fit a package, message me before ordering: big stuff like full game mode conversions gets a custom quote, something really small can come in under Basic. Map size matters a lot too, the same edit on a huge map means much longer compiles and test runs.
