Can I publish the maps to the Steam Workshop?
In general, no, unless it is agreed upon with the original map creator and myself.
Why can't some maps be ported to SFM?
There can be multiple reasons. Sometimes original map creators protect their maps from being edited. Other times, maps are simply too large or contain elements that are not compatible with SFM.
