Will my site go offline while you work?
Usually not. If a page is serving malware, we may show a maintenance page for a few minutes while genuine files go back in.
Do you need my hosting login?
Yes, or SFTP access. Some malware lives outside WordPress, and only hosting access shows it.
Will the Google warning go away?
Once the site is clean we request a review in Google Search Console, and Google usually clears the warning within a few days.
What if it gets hacked again?
The Clean and watch package includes a free re-clean within 30 days, and a year of OwnerTrail Pro to warn you early.
