I am a Civil Engineer with over 8 years of practical on-site experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects. I am experienced in calculating excavation volumes (cut and fill), disposal quantities, and identifying excavation zones based on levels and drawings. I have strong knowledge of reinforcement quantity calculation (BBS), concrete estimation, and material takeoff for different construction elements. I have also worked on storm drainage projects involving RCP pipes, manholes, and inlets, ensuring accurate quantity estimation and execution support. In addition to estimation work, I have hands-on experience in site supervision, labor management, and ensuring quality control as per engineering standards. My practical exposure helps me provide realistic and accurate quantities that match actual site conditions. I use tools like Excel and AutoCAD to prepare well-structured and easy-to-understand BOQ reports with proper summaries and item breakdowns.
