Do you need admin access to my store?
Yes, for any package that includes direct implementation I'll need collaborator/staff access to your Shopify admin. For the Basic audit-only package, a store link is enough.
Will this guarantee more sales?
I can't honestly guarantee a specific sales number — that depends on your traffic, product, and pricing too. What I can guarantee is that I'll identify and fix real friction points in your store based on proven ecommerce UX and conversion principles.
Do you write new product descriptions?
Not included by default, but it's available as an add-on or a separate gig — let me know if you want it bundled.
Do you handle page speed / app conflicts?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages I audit your installed apps and flag anything slowing your store down, plus compress oversized images where possible.
I'm not getting traffic at all — can you help with that?
This gig focuses on converting the traffic you already have, not generating new traffic (ads/SEO). If you need both, message me and I can put together a custom offer
What theme/platform do you work with?
Any Shopify theme, including custom themes — I work within the theme editor. Fully custom code changes outside the theme editor would need a custom quote.
How do you decide what to prioritize?
I rank issues by expected conversion impact — checkout friction and above-the-fold clarity almost always come before smaller cosmetic fixes.
