What exactly do you migrate?
I migrate ActiveCampaign contacts, tags, supported custom fields, and list/subscription membership into GoHighLevel. List membership is preserved as GoHighLevel tags, and unsubscribe status is preserved using email DND. You’ll also receive a reconciliation report after the migration.
Will you migrate my automations and funnels?
No. This gig is specifically for contact/data migration. Automations, workflows, funnels, pages, opportunities, pipelines, email templates, email sending, and deliverability setup are not included.
How do you protect unsubscribed contacts?
I read subscription information from ActiveCampaign and preserve suppression in GoHighLevel using email DND. If subscription evidence cannot be safely interpreted, the contact is treated conservatively rather than automatically made marketable.
What access do you need?
I need temporary API access to your ActiveCampaign account and GoHighLevel sub-account. Access is used only for the migration. Temporary credentials and migration data are removed after completion, and I’ll remind you to revoke the credentials afterward.
What happens if some of my data cannot be migrated?
I don’t silently force unsupported data into GoHighLevel. Unsupported or uncertain items are excluded and identified for review in the migration/reconciliation results.
Which custom fields are supported?
Standard fields such as text, dates, and single-select/dropdown fields are supported. Multi-select/listbox fields are not migrated in this gig. They are excluded and identified in the reconciliation results rather than transferred incorrectly. Message me if you’re unsure about your fields.
