Your Airbnb listing description is the last thing a guest reads before they book or scrolls past.
Most listings lose people in the first two lines. The title says "Cozy 2BR Apartment," the body lists furniture, and nothing tells a guest what the stay will actually feel like. Meanwhile Airbnb search never sees the words real travellers type in.

FAQ
Do you use AI to write my listing?
No. Every listing description is written by hand for your property. I may use tools to check keywords or read competitor listings, but the copy a guest reads is mine. Airbnb listings written by AI tend to sound like every other listing on the page, which is the opposite of what you're paying for.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your Airbnb or VRBO listing link is enough. If the property isn't live yet, send me the address, your photos, the amenity list, and a sentence about who tends to stay there. The buyer questions on this gig cover all of it.
Do you need access to my Airbnb account?
Never. You get a document with each section labelled, title, summary, the space, guest access, neighbourhood, that you paste in yourself. Don't give account access to anyone who isn't a registered co-host.
Can you write for VRBO, Booking.com or my direct booking site?
Yes. Each platform has different field lengths and a different browsing habit, so tell me where the listing will live before I start and I'll write to that format. Multiple platforms from one property is a common add-on.
Can you guarantee more bookings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Bookings depend on price, photos, reviews, location, season and how much competition sits near you. What I control is whether your listing is clear, findable in search, and convincing enough that a guest stops scrolling, which is usually where the leak is.
I manage several properties, do you do bulk?
Yes. The Host Portfolio package covers two properties, and beyond that message me with how many listings and which platforms you're on and I'll send a custom offer. Property managers and co-hosts with 5+ units get a per-listing rate.
Can you rewrite my existing listing instead of starting from scratch?
That's most of what I do. Send the link and I'll tell you which parts are worth keeping before you order, sometimes the listing optimization needed is a title and two paragraphs, not a full rewrite, and I'd rather say so.
