According to the package selected, it will include up to two or five unique designs for the same Brand/Company/Business/Name. If you have two or three different names, kindly order multiple gigs respectively.

Most of my customers order my gold package, where you get 5 logo designs + Stationery Design + Social Media Kit + all files. If you also want a professional logo then my Gold package is the perfect deal. If you only require the basic logo, my Basi package is a good fit.

Vector files are the original files of your logo in which you can edit/resize the logo to any size without losing quality using the Adobe software. These files are provided with SILVER/GOLD Package by default or you can add them in basic packages through my gig extras.

Yes absolutely! You may purchase the basic package first and if you wish you can always upgrade to different packages or you can buy these things in extra's section vector, business card, stationery, social media kit, landing page design, etc

24 hours turn around time is for revisions and it may take extra time depending on the changes requested by the buyer. We will try to amend it as soon as possible.

The 3D mockup is a 3D render mock-up presentable image used for getting a realistic print view of the logo design on different surfaces to get an idea of how to look at signage, billboard or vehicle, etc

Generally, it will include 2 sided of business card, letterhead & envelope design. Feel free to message me first if you need other designs.

If you are not satisfied at all with the logo, based on the circumstances, most of the times we do offer refunds. Mutal-cancelation/refunds are only available before the order is rated/marked as complete by you. Refunds are not available once the process of revision starts on the logo chosen.
