Yes. You will need to provide an OpenAI/Anthropic API Key and host the bot on your own server (like DigitalOcean or VPS) so you have full control over your company's data. I offer a gig extra to help you set up the server!
Is my company data secure?
Absolutely. The bot is custom-built for you and runs on your own server. Your approval data is stored in your own local database (SQLite/Postgres). No third parties have access to your internal requests.
Can the bot be connected to our internal HR or Finance system?
Yes! In the Premium package, I can set up webhooks or API calls to push approved requests directly into your Google Sheets, CRM, or external tools via Zapier/Make.
What if I want a different workflow? (e.g., 3 levels of approval)
