Designed and launched the Elev8 private membership community for Sharane, creating a structured and intuitive member experience that supports engagement, content access, and progression through the community. After launch, I continued managing the community to ensure a smooth member experience and provide ongoing customer support. My responsibilities included managing community spaces and permissions, organizing the member experience, assisting members with access and platform questions, troubleshooting issues, maintaining the community structure, and supporting ongoing updates and improvements. The experience with Issac Denise was great. Very helpful and communication was very good.
