FAQ
Can you work from raw FASTQ files?
Yes, that is the Premium package. Basic and Standard assume you already have a counts matrix.
My data is unpublished and confidential. Is that a problem?
No. I do not share client data or reuse it, and I can delete it after delivery on request.
Will you be an author on the paper?
Only if you want me to be. Authorship or acknowledgement is entirely your call and is never a condition.
What if the analysis does not find anything significant?
You still get the full analysis, the figures and an honest write-up of what the data shows. A null result is a result, and I will not massage thresholds to manufacture one.
Can you handle single-cell data?
Not in this gig. Message me and I will tell you whether I can help or point you to someone who can.
