What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll need your website URL and WordPress administrator access. Depending on your website setup, we may also require hosting or other relevant access details.
Do you maintain WooCommerce websites?
Yes. We can maintain both standard WordPress and WooCommerce websites. If your store has complex integrations or custom functionality, please contact us before ordering.
Are content updates included?
Content updates are included in selected packages. Major page redesigns, extensive content changes or new functionality are quoted separately.
What is included in website maintenance?
Depending on your package, maintenance can include backups, security monitoring, WordPress/plugin/theme updates, website health checks, performance monitoring, technical SEO checks and reporting.
Can you fix existing website problems?
Minor issues discovered during routine maintenance may be addressed where they fall within the package scope. Larger bugs, development work or existing technical problems will be assessed and quoted separately.
