I build custom lifesteal and SMP plugins in Java for Paper, Spigot, Purpur and Folia servers. You get a plugin written for your server, not a public one with your name on it.
What I have built for other SMPs:

Which Minecraft versions and server types do you support?
Everything from 1.8 up to 26.2 on Paper, Spigot, Purpur and Folia. Tell me your exact version and I build and test against it.
How do I know it works on my server?
You get a test build to run on your own server before the order is completed. If something behaves differently on your setup, that is what the revisions are for.
Can you add features to a lifesteal plugin I already use?
Yes, if you have the source code. With only the compiled jar I usually build an add-on next to it or rebuild the system, and I tell you which one makes sense before you order.
