What counts as a Micro Fix vs. a Full Fix?
Micro Fix = single failing trigger/action or small mapping error that can be diagnosed and corrected within ~1 hour. Full Fix/Standard = multi-step flows or issues requiring redesign or cross-flow changes.
Do you need admin access to fix the flow?
Often yes for faster Speed. But this can happen with together with someone, or you can share the Automation with me without full access to your systems. NDA available when needed
What if you can’t fix it within the delivery time?
I’ll communicate immediately and propose next steps. If the issue is outside scope, I provide a clear explanation and options (upgrade to Standard/Premium or custom offer). Refunds considered if no viable solution exists.
Is there an express/urgent option?
