1. What do I need to provide to start the order?
Please provide the URL to your website or app. If your platform requires an account to access, please provide test login credentials (username and password). Additionally, let me know if you have a specific scenario or user flow you want me to test.
2. What devices do you use for testing?
I can test across multiple platforms depending on your package. I use a Windows Desktop setup for desktop testing, and an Android mobile device for smartphone and mobile responsiveness testing. If you need specific browser testing (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), just let me know!
3. Will you record your face or just your screen?
By default, I provide a high-quality screen recording displaying your website/app, with a clear audio recording of my voice as I "think out loud" and navigate your platform. I do not show my face in the video, ensuring the entire focus stays directly on your product's user interface.
4. What kind of issues do you look for during the test?
I look at your platform from a strict UX/UI perspective. This includes evaluating the first-impression design, layout structure, ease of navigation, clarity of text, and call-to-action placement.
5. Can you test staging or unreleased websites?
Yes, absolutely! As long as you can provide a live staging link, a preview URL (like a Shopify preview link), or test credentials to bypass any password protection, I can easily test your unreleased or draft website before you officially launch.
