Yes as per fiver TOS, When purchasing a Gig, Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller on their Gig page. So, Yes! You are granted with all rights :)

If no action is taken by the buyer after delivery, the order will automatically be marked as complete after three days by the Fiverr but there is nothing to worry about this. If the Fiverr marks the order complete automatically, full premium customer support will be provided to the customer.

A refund is possible if you will not satisfied with my work but I'll try to make sure it won't happen because I only prefer full buyer satisfaction and I will work until you are fully satisfied otherwise you will get fully refunded along with the design as well.
