What I need to get started?
You will need only old logo in any file format like JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF, AI, EPS or CDR. Give us your idea of the color scheme and any directions to be followed when redesigning of your logo. Characterize the mood and the associations you would like your new logo to convey.
When do you start working on my project?
We usually provide preliminary concepts available for review within 3 business days.
What does rebranding mean?
It is a brand refresh or a redesign of your company's logo. A refresh can keep or update recognized visual elements. Or a new look, tone and presentation of the overall style will bring new recognition.
Are there hidden, or additional fees for revising logos during my project?
No. All our packages have built-in revision cycles (the number of edits is detailed in our pricing area.) Even if you exhaust the listed number of revision rounds included with your package, our designers are flexible and can usually accommodate a few more without additional charge.
Does the DesignDepot use "ready-made" or logo "templates?"
No. we understand the logo templates or using clip art are a bad idea for use in any brand development.
Why I need to choose the Premium package?
With Premium package, you'll get our first priority queue, unlimited revisions (within reason), at least 4-6 concepts at first delivery, full support after sales, complete file sources, complete branding designs and many more.
Does Premium package includes copyright document.
No written document with any package, Usually assign copyrights to all clients and they can use their artwork/logo anywhere but if buyer want copyright document then there will be additional charges of $50.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
We will cancel the order on mutual agreement and refund your money.
Can I purchase the other logos created during my project as well as the logo I finalized on?
Yes. Many of our clients often purchase one (or more) of the preliminary designs originally proposed. The purchase price of one of these other designs is $25.00 and includes multiple file formats.
