During my tenure at Xerces Blue Software Solutions, I worked as a Team Lead in a fast-paced startup environment where I gained end-to-end exposure to the complete software development lifecycle. Being part of a growing startup allowed me to take ownership beyond just development. I was actively involved in requirement gathering, client communication, technical architecture planning, development, deployment, and post-launch support. I regularly interacted with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Technically, I worked extensively on Android application development, building scalable and user-friendly mobile apps. Alongside mobile apps, I developed and maintained PHP-based API servers, ensuring secure authentication, optimized database interactions, and smooth integration between frontend and backend systems. I also handled application deployments, configuring servers, managing hosting environments, and ensuring production stability. As a Team Lead, I managed a team of 5 developers, guiding them in task planning, code reviews, performance optimization, and best practices. I ensured proper task distribution, maintained development timelines, and fostered a collaborative work culture. This role significantly strengthened my leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Some of the key projects I contributed to and led include: Online bank exam preparation platforms Call tracking and call recording applications Newspaper applications and websites Various custom business solutions tailored to client requirements Working in a startup environment helped me become highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and proactive. It provided me with hands-on experience across multiple technologies and business domains, shaping me into a versatile full-stack professional capable of handling both technical and managerial responsibilities.
