Do I need to give you access to my Shopify store?
Yes — I'll need either a Collaborator account (Settings → Users and permissions) or a copy of your theme files. I never touch live themes directly; I duplicate your theme first so your store is never at risk.
Which themes do you work with?
Any Online Store 2.0 theme — Dawn, Refresh, Sense, Craft, and most paid OS 2.0 themes. If you're still on a legacy theme like Debut, Brooklyn, or Narrative, I can migrate you to a modern OS 2.0 theme as part of the Premium package.
Will my customizations survive a Shopify or theme update?
Yes. I build custom sections as self-contained .liquid files with their own scoped CSS/JS, so they're not overwritten by Shopify or theme updates the way edits to core theme files can be.
What's "CRO" and do I actually need it?
Conversion rate optimization means making small, evidence-based changes (page speed, button placement, mobile layout) that turn more visitors into buyers. If your store gets traffic but few sales, it's usually the right add-on.
Do you rely on third-party apps?
No — I build custom functionality (sliders, AJAX cart, wishlist, etc.) directly in Liquid/JS, so your store stays fast and you're not paying ongoing app subscription fees for things I can build natively.
How fast do you respond, and what's your turnaround?
I reply within a few hours during active hours. Delivery times are listed per package above; rush delivery is available as a gig extra.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions (see above). I'll also walk you through how to edit settings yourself in the Theme Editor afterward, so small tweaks don't always need to come back to me.
Can you build me a brand-new store from scratch?
Yes — that's covered under the Premium package, from theme setup through custom sections, navigation, and CRO-minded layout.
