Do you offer ongoing support after the website is done?
Yes. I offer recurring maintenance and support plans covering updates, changes and technical care. Message me after your order and I will create a custom offer that fits your needs.
Why Astro instead of WordPress?
No plugins, no security patches, no bloat. Astro sites are hand-coded, load in a fraction of the time and cannot be hacked through outdated extensions. You get better speed, better SEO and lower running costs.
Is the domain registered in my name?
Always. The domain belongs to you from day one, with full transfer rights. You are never locked in.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers text changes, image swaps and layout adjustments within the agreed design. A completely new design direction or additional pages are separate and available as extras.
What do I need to provide before we start?
Your logo, texts, images and a rough idea of your page structure. The order timer starts once all content is delivered. If you need help with texts, copywriting is available as an extra.
Where is my website hosted?
On our dedicated server in a German data center, fully GDPR compliant. Hosting for the included period comes with your package, renewal is arranged directly with me on Fiverr.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes, but not within these packages. E-commerce projects are scoped individually. Message me with your requirements and I will send you a custom offer.
Can you transfer my existing domain?
Yes. You provide the auth code from your current registrar and I handle the transfer to our hosting. Transfers can take 5-7 days depending on the domain ending, so please start the order early if your timeline is tight.
