FAQ
Do you need access to my website?
Yes, I'll need WordPress admin access to install and configure the form or feature. If deeper customization is needed, FTP/hosting access too. I can sign an NDA if required.
Will this work with my current theme and plugins?
I test compatibility before starting any work. If your site uses a specific form plugin (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, etc.), let me know and I'll build around it, or recommend the best option.
I don't have a form plugin installed yet — can you set one up?
Yes, I can install and configure a suitable form plugin from scratch if you don't already have one, as part of your package.
Can you customize an existing form instead of building a new one?
Absolutely. I can modify, extend, or fix an existing form's functionality — conditional logic, validation, email routing, or design — without rebuilding it from scratch.
What if my requirement isn't listed in your gig description?
Message me your exact requirement before ordering. Most custom form and website functionality work is possible — I'll confirm the scope and best package for your needs first.
What information do you need from me to start?
A clear description of what the form or feature should do (fields, logic, where submissions should go), plus site access. The more specific you are, the faster and more accurately I can deliver.
Do submissions get sent to my email automatically?
Yes, I set up email notifications by default so you receive form submissions instantly. I can also route them to a CRM, spreadsheet, or database if needed.
