Do you need direct access to my database?
Not always. If you can send the table structure and some sample data, I can work offline. For performance issues, read-only access helps a lot, but we’ll always use whatever is safest for you.
What counts as “one query”?
One query or stored procedure that solves a single reporting/task need (for example: “orders per customer between dates X and Y”). If you need many different queries or a full reporting system, I’ll suggest a custom offer.
Can you also help with indexes and performance?
Yes. In the Standard and especially the Premium package I look at performance, suggest indexes and explain how to keep the query fast in the future.
