Do you host or deploy my automation for me?
No — I build and deliver the workflow itself. Hosting is on your side, either self-hosted or via n8n Cloud. I don't manage servers or ongoing infrastructure as part of this gig.
What's the difference between self-hosting and n8n Cloud?
n8n Cloud: n8n's own hosted service, monthly fee, no server management required. Self-hosting: You run n8n on your own server or VPS, no platform fee, but you handle server setup and maintenance yourself.
Do you cover the cost of AI usage (API calls/tokens)?
No — if your workflow uses an AI model, you'll need your own account and API key with that provider. Usage costs are billed to you directly by them, separate from my price here.
Who owns the accounts, API keys, and credentials used in my automation?
You do, fully. Everything stays under your ownership and control — I don't retain access after delivery unless ongoing support is arranged separately.
What if a connected platform changes its API or something breaks down the line?
Platforms update their APIs periodically, which can affect automations after delivery. That kind of ongoing monitoring isn't part of the base package, but I offer a monthly retainer for clients who want continued monitoring, quick fixes, and small adjustments without placing a new order each time.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Access to the accounts/platforms involved (CRM, forms, etc.), a clear description of the process you want automated, and your own API keys.
What if my CRM or tool isn't on your list?
f it has an API or existing n8n integration, it's likely still possible — message me the specific tool and I'll confirm before you order.
