A source file is an original file in vector form that can be edited, recolored, and resized. You can edit a source file or vector file without losing quality using Adobe Illustrator software. Both are available in AI and PDF formats.
What is a printable file?
A printable file is a high-resolution file that is suitable for printing. It is available in PDF and JPEG formats with a CMYK color model and a resolution of 300 dpi. It is available in transparent/white/black backgrounds as per your requirement.
What is a revision?
A revision is a request from the buyer for any modification of the design concept that has been chosen and refers to fonts, colors, arrangement of elements, etc. Revisions do not mean a completely new design.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery Time is the amount of time in days it takes the seller to deliver the First Design Concept. Revisions will require additional time depending on the changes required. Delivery time is not the overall completion time of the project.

Ultimately she left me with work that cant even be used, basic errors and mistakes that she acknowledged but didnt have the decency to correct. Ive paid a lot of money for a project that she left me with a menu that cant be used. Claims she did 5 revisions but didnt once notify me at what point revisions...
