WHY ON YOUR OWN SERVER. Your data goes to the model you choose and nowhere else. If client or patient data cannot go to a public AI service, I can run an open model locally with Ollama so nothing leaves your network.
WHAT YOU GET. The agent built in self-hosted n8n and tested on your real examples. A fallback for when the model is unsure, so a person reviews it instead of the model guessing. Alerts when something fails. Written documentation.

FAQ
Does my data get sent to OpenAI?
Only if you want it to. I can use OpenAI, Claude or another provider on your own account, or run an open model locally with Ollama so nothing leaves your server. Local models are slower and weaker on hard tasks, and I will tell you which fits your job.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
Every agent has a fallback. When the model is unsure, or its output fails a check, the item goes to a person instead of being acted on. You also get a log of what it decided, so mistakes are easy to spot and fix.
Do I need a server?
Yes, n8n runs on one. If you do not have one, I will tell you exactly what to get, in your name. A small server is enough for most agents. Running a local model needs a bigger machine, and I will size it with you before you order.
Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, directly, on your own AI provider account. No markup, and you can see every charge. I will estimate the monthly cost for your volume before building, and a local model has no per-use cost at all.
